The LIFT Film Finance Seminar was an opportunity for many LIFT members to hear talks and ask questions of film finance professionals working in the UK and globally.

Many members of LIFT were keen to learn more about the process of financing a feature film. Attendees at this seminar ranged from early career writers and directors to experienced executives whose expertise was in areas other than independent financing. An open, ask-anything atmosphere was fostered by those giving talks and presentations, helping female filmmakers through the maze that is film finance.
