Who we are
LIFT (Ladies In Film & TV) is a free community of diverse and inclusive women who support each other to learn, grow and succeed.

What we do
ONLINE COMMUNITY
LIFT’s women-only, private, Facebook group is a place to post job opportunities, share and discuss industry news, as well as seek creative collaborators and support.
83% of members identified LIFT as being more useful than other industry resources.

NETWORKING EVENTS
LIFT hosts four networking events per year to encourage and facilitate women from the film and television industry to meet. It’s a great way to make contacts, expand networks, find collaborations and even make friends!
Our events are very inclusive and welcoming. We use a departmental coloured dot system to help people mix and meet.

PEER SUPPORT
The LIFT community is known for being a nurturing and supportive place where women are free and encouraged to ask questions and seek advice. Peers can share their knowledge and guide other women through the challenges we collectively face.
LIFT Networking Event
SEMINARS
LIFT hosts free educational seminars for members, with top tier industry experts. Topics to date have included Early Stage Development in collaboration with Elevate hosted by The Groucho Club and a full day Feature Film Financing seminar with Soul Cognition hosted by The Allbright.
